Chamber to Host 11th District Congressional Candidates

The five candidates vying for Virginia’s 11^th District congressional seat in November will address and take questions Tuesday in a local forum.

Incumbent (D), Independents and , Green Party nominee and Republican nominee Col. (Ret.) will be on hand at the 11^th District Candidate Forum. Sponsored by the and the Greater Merrifield Business Association, the luncheon will be held at the from noon to 2 p.m. The candidates will give a few remarks and then turn the program over to the voters in a Q&A session.

Wednesday, DeCarlo, Galdo and Perkins spoke at the and touched on transportation funding, federal cuts and the economy. Connelly did not attend the event.
