City of Falls Church Announces Holiday Craft Show

The holiday craft show returns Dec. 3-4.

From City of Falls Church: The City of Falls Church makes it easy to stay close to home and enjoy all the fun of the winter holidays! There is a lot going on in The Little City this weekend.

The annual Holiday Craft Show returns to the Community Center (223 Little Falls St.) this Saturday and Sunday, December 3 and 4. A $1 weekend pass gets attendees access to 50 crafters and merchants selling unique handmade items, baked goods, and more. The show is open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Craft Show always means fun for little ones with The Great Zucchini, Lunch with Santa, and the Children's Holiday Shoppe. The Great Zucchini performs his award-winning show, keeping children on the edge of their seats with the wonder of magic, silliness of comedy, and interactive nature of the show. Tickets are $6 per person attending, and advance registration is required. The show is 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 3.

At the Lunch with Santa, children are $6 each for a fun lunch catered by Clare and Don's Beach Shack. There are two seatings: 11 a.m. and noon on Saturday, December 3. Santa will be available for photos, and grown-ups are welcome to take as many photos as they like.

The Children’s Holiday Shoppe at Cherry Hill Farmhouse is a sweet holiday tradition. Just across the park from the Gift & Craft Show, volunteers help children select gifts for $6 and under. Free gift wrapping is provided. The fundraiser for the Friends of Cherry Hill is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 3. No registration required.

The Holiday Farmers Market returns for a limited time from 8 a.m. to noon on select Saturdays: December 3, 10 & 17. The award-winning Farmers Market expands to include crafts and gifts, trees, wreaths, and so much more.
