DMV-2-Go Returns to Falls Church City Hall

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) mobile customer service center, DMV 2 Go, will be at City Hall (300 Park Ave.) on Friday, Sept. 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The special event is co-hosted by the Commissioner of the Revenue and the Virginia DMV. This event is open to all Virginia residents. No appointments are necessary. The handicapped-accessible, full-service office provides all DMV transactions including applying for and renewing driver's licenses, obtaining ID cards (including photos) and Virginia's veterans ID cards, taking road and knowledge tests, obtaining copies of driving records, obtaining vehicle titles, license plates, decals and transcripts, ordering disabled parking placards or plates, updating an address after a move for DMV and voter registration and more. Customers should be prepared with the required documents to complete transactions. The 2016 dates for the DMV 2 Go mobile vehicle are Friday, Oct. 7, Friday, Nov. 4 and Friday, Dec. 2.
