Tuesday Night: Falls Church Attorney on 'Jeopardy!' TV Quiz Show

FALLS CHURCH, VA -- Derek Anderson, an attorney from Falls Church, will be competing on "Jeopardy!" the show recently announced. You can tune in to watch the Falls Church resident tonight (Tuesday, Jan. 24) on WJLA-TV, the ABC affiliate in Washington.

The program and its host, Alex Trebek, are in their 33rd season in syndication. With 23 million viewers each week, the quiz show is the top-rated quiz program on TV, and has won several awards and distinctions over the course of its 30-plus years on the air, including setting a Guinness World Records record for the most Emmy Awards won by a TV game show (33 Emmys).

The show is produced by Sony Pictures Television, a Sony Pictures Entertainment Company; Harry Friedman is Executive Producer. The program is distributed domestically by CBS Television Distribution and internationally by CBS Television International, both units of CBS Corp.
