FALLS CHURCH, VA — Residents can get a close look at some of Falls Church's most impressive homes and gardens while supporting public education. The eighth Falls Church Home and Garden Tour will be held Sunday, April 16 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The tour will feature 11 stops showcasing homes or gardens. Among the properties on the tour are the historic Birch House, a net-zero energy contemporary home, a renovated Winter Hill townhouse and restored 1870s home.

Registered attendees will be provided with specific locations of tour stops. The tour is for adults 18 and older only.

The Falls Church Home and Garden Tour's proceeds benefits the Falls Church Education Foundation and Falls Church City Public Schools.

Tickets are $30 in advance through Friday, April 14. Tickets will also be available for $35 in person on the tour weekend. The location of ticket pickup and purchases will be Oak Street Elementary School, 601 S. Oak Street, Falls Church on Saturday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, April 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
