Falls Church Resident Charged With Child Neglect
The following incident and arrest information was supplied by the Falls Church police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A City of Falls Church resident was charged with child neglect on Oct. 27.
Police said Vanda M. Paulo, 28, was charged with child neglect in the 200 block of E. Fairfax St. Wednesday, police did not immediately have details surrounding the charge.
Paulo was released on a summons and police said the offense was not a felony. A court date for Paulo was not immediately available.

Long T. Huynh, 23, of Rockville, Md., was charged with driving under the influence, false ID to law enforcement and identity theft in the first block of N. Roosevelt St. on Oct. 30.
Luke A. Shelton, 29, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 100 block of Park Pl. on Nov. 3.
City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of vandalism in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 4.
City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of assault and battery at a business in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 4. Police said an unknown suspect(s) assaulted a victim on the sidewalk. The suspect is described as a white male approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds, wearing a white T-shirt and a dark jacket.
Marina Cruz Amaya, 42, of Annandale, was charged with driving under the influence in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 4.
