FALLS CHURCH, VA — Falls Church will seek to reclaim its title in the Mayors Fitness Challenge after winning against the City of Fairfax and Town of Vienna in 2021.
The annual Mayors Fitness Challenge is a friendly competition between the three Northern Virginia localities to be named the fittest community. The competition encourages residents to exercise and log their activity minutes to support their community.
The community with the most activity minutes wins a trophy and bragging rights as the fittest community. Participants can choose the way they want to exercise, whether it be walking, biking, yoga, playing in the park or many more options.
