Fight Escalates Into Shooting With 1 Injury In Bailey's Crossroads

According to police, a fight involving three people led to one being shot over the weekend in Bailey's Crossroads.

BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, VA — A man was shot during a fight in Bailey's Crossroads over the weekend, according to Fairfax County Police.

Police had responded to the shooting around 4:50 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Glen Carlyn Drive. An adult man was found with two upper body gunshot wounds. The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigations revealed the shooting followed a fight involving two suspects and the victim. Police do not believe the incident was random.

Two suspects were seen fleeing the area. They were wearing all black clothing and had handguns, according to police.
