Harvey's To Host Summer Kickoff In Falls Church With Drinks And Food

Harvey's is partnering with the City of Falls Church and the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce for a summer kickoff on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Harvey's, a new restaurant in downtown Falls Church, is partnering with the City of Falls Church and the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce to host a summer kickoff on Thursday, June 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public and begins with a restaurant ribbon-cutting followed by a BBQ, which will be held on the restaurant’s expansive 60-seat patio. Guests can anticipate a variety of grilled items such as mini crab, corn and pimiento fritters, pork, steak and vegetable kebabs with prices ranging from $12 to $15 each.

Calvert Brewing Company and Metro Cellars will also be on hand and pouring seasonal beer, canned cocktails and wine with prices ranging from $8 to $15 each. All guests will be entered into a raffle to wine a gift basket filled with specialty items from Harvey’s retails hop.

Harvey's, which opened in March, serves American cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Along with the patio, the restaurant comes with 48 seats in the main dining room and a 12-seat beer and wine bar.

Harvey's comes with lots of free parking behind the restaurant at 513 W. Broad Street.
