Hotel At West Falls Development Opens In Falls Church
The Home2 Suites by Hilton Falls Church is open as the West Falls development prepares to open more features.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — The West Falls mixed-use development on the former George Mason High School site is starting to take shape, with the newest opening being a hotel.
Developer Hoffman & Associates announced the grand opening of Home2 Suites by Hilton Falls Church, a 146-room hotel. All rooms are suites with kitchens that can serve extended stays. Amenities for hotel guests include a 24-hour fitness center, business center, complimentary Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast.
Home2 Suites by Hilton is accepting guest reservations starting on June 3.

"Home2 Suites by Hilton Falls Church is such a meaningful addition to the West Falls neighborhood," said Shawn Seaman, President of Hoffman & Associates. “As the largest development in the city's history, the opening of the hotel marks a significant milestone for West Falls, offering visitors a contemporary, service-driven place to stay and experience all that this vibrant community has to offer."

West Falls, a nearly 10-acre development, is on track to open its first phase in late 2024. The complete development will include 126-unit The Oak condominiums, 400 The Alder apartments, Home2 Suites by Hilton Falls Church, The Wellness Center medical office building, grocery store, Commons outdoor gathering space and The Reserve at Falls Church senior living. Retail planned at West Falls includes Honoo Ramen and Bar, Ice Cream Jubilee, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, BurgerFi, SEOULSPICE, Perspire Sauna Studios, Casabella Salon and early education and preschool program Tierra Encantada. The community will be close to the West Falls Church Metro, Leesburg Pike and Route 66.
