Fortunoff Backyard Store, Charleys Cheesesteaks To Open In Bailey's Crossroads
Two new business openings are set for the commercial corridor of Bailey's Crossroads.

BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, VA — Bailey's Crossroads, a busy commuting and shopping area, is slated to get two new businesses.
The upcoming openings at Crossroads Place at Leesburg Pike and South Jefferson Street include the first Fortunoff Backyard Store in Virginia as well as cheesesteak franchise Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings.
Fortunoff Backyard Store will be located in a 17,800-square-foot space, offering outdoor and patio furniture, décor and accessories. Additional offerings like Christmas trees, wreaths, ornaments, lights and tree toppers will be available during the holiday season.

Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings will be open in a 2,100-square-foot restaurant space, offering made-to-order cheesesteaks, gourmet fries, real-fruit lemonades, and classic and boneless wings. The Charleys brand has grown to over 700 locations worldwide.
"Fortunoff Backyard Store is a very strong brand and a perfect match for Falls Church and Crossroads Place," Rappaport’s Melissa Webb, who coordinated leases on behalf of property owner Levin Management Corporation. "And with the continued impressive performance of fast-casual dining, we are excited to bring a global brand like Charleys to the property."
Crossroads Place draws an estimated 3.7 million visitors per year, according to real-time traffic data from Placer.ai. An estimated 579,000 people live within a five-mile radius. The shopping center is anchored by a Giant food store and Burlington and also offers a HomeGoods, T.J.Maxx, Cost Plus World Market, KC Beauty, Mattress Warehouse, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chipotle, Einstein Bagels, Quickway Japanese Hibachi, Starbucks, and neighborhood-serving businesses like a nail salon and optometrist. Only one retail space remains vacant at the shopping center.

There was no immediate word on an opening date for either business coming to Crossroads Place.
