Prescription Drug Fraud in Falls Church Area: Arlington Woman Charged
The Walgreens store contacted police that a fraudulent prescription was called in by Arlington woman, according to police.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- An Arlington woman was arrested for prescription fraud and for providing a false name to law enforcement Wednesday afternoon in the Falls Church area.
Police say that employees from the Walgreens store at 6715A Arlington Boulevard (see map below) notified police of a fraudulent prescription that was called in by a woman. Officers were notified when the woman arrived at the store and she provided a false name, according to police. Police did not say what type of drug the woman was reportedly trying to fill on the prescription.
Further investigation by police revealed her identity as Imilsis Velazquez, 38, of Arlington. Velazquez was arrested for providing a false name to a law enforcement officer and prescription fraud.
