Sex Offense Reported in Falls Church Area: Police

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say a Fairfax man is facing charges after he exposed himself Thursday morning in the Falls Church area. The incident took place Thursday morning, shortly before 9 a.m. in the 9400 block of Lee Highway (see map below).
A woman observed the man exposing himself by a walking path, according to police. Officers responded, the suspect fled but was apprehended quickly, police said. James Clinton Milburn, III, 36, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and masturbation in public, according to police.
