Shots Fired at Cars, Home in Falls Church Area: Police

Fairfax County Police are investigating incident on Beacon Lane in the Falls Church area (see map below).

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Officers responded for the report of a bullet that struck a vehicle in the 2200 block of Beacon Lane in Falls Church (see map below) on Sunday at around 3:52 a.m.

According to the caller, a vehicle drove down the street and shot the caller’s vehicle which was unoccupied, Fairfax County Police said.

Officers found that the caller’s residence was also struck by a bullet. While canvasing the area, officers discovered four more vehicles that had been struck by bullets. None of the vehicles were occupied and there were no reported injuries, police said.

Detectives from the McLean District Station are actively investigating the incident. There is no suspect information at this time.
