Viewfinder: Heavy Rain Causes Flooding Around 'The Little City'

Heavy rains caused flooding throughout Northern Virginia Thursday, including in the City of Falls Church.

Roads, office buildings and homes were all subjected to possible flooding yesterday. Here’s a look at some of the destruction caused around “The Little City” on Thursday.
