Woman's Purse Snatched, Suspect Located In Bailey's Crossroads

BREAKING: Fairfax County Police have arrested a suspect who they say pushed a woman and stole her purse.

BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, VA — Fairfax County Police made an arrest after a purse snatching in Bailey's Crossroads Wednesday.

The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the 6000 block of Leesburg Pike. Police say the suspect pushed a woman and stole her purse. She was not injured.

Police from the Mason District station arrested the suspect within the area. The suspect has not yet been publicly identified. Detectives are on scene to investigate.
