This session provides participants with tools that
they can use to help themselves and others to more effectively cope with
workplace change.  We focus on skills to help individuals respond to
change in a more adaptive way.  Participants
will develop a more detailed understanding of how they typically
respond to change, which will help them to facilitate change among
others at work.  We will examine the seven phases of change, as well as a
step-by-step method for engaging others in the change
process.
