More Than 3,200 Without Power in Region
Dominion Virginia Power reports customers without power in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford. Severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 10 p.m.
A fast moving thunderstorm left about 3,200 people without power in the Fredericksburg region Wednesday afternoon.
As of 4:15 p.m. Dominion Virginia Power reports these outage numbers:
- Fredericksburg - 2,037 customers without power
- Spotsylvania - 213 customers without power
- Stafford - 926 customers without power
Remember to treat dark traffic lights as a four-way stop.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the region through 10 p.m.
