Two political signs, an American flag and a small bale of hay were set ablaze Sunday night outside a woman's residence in Fredericksburg, according to Fredericksburg Police.

A teen girl said she was chased by a man dressed up like a clown on a trail in Ashburn, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The male's face was reportedly painted like a clown and he was wearing an orange hat, dark purple or maroon puffy shirt, and dark colored pants, according to deputies. >>> Read more.
