The sixth annual Walk for Mental Wellness will take place at Fredericksburg's Hurkamp Park Saturday. Activities begin at 9 a.m. and the one mile and three mile walks begin at 10 a.m.
Participants may register online through Thursday at mhafred.org/walk2013. The fee is $25 for each walker and includes a commemorative T-shirt.
Sponsored by the Mental Health America of Fredericksburg, the event also features live music, free food, activities, a silent auction, door prizes, a moon bounce and raffles.
