Good evening. I found a dog off of Cassion Rd in White Oak. He is a super friendly dog, and good with kids. I called the animal shelter, but they are closed. I will keep him over night and they will come pick him up in the morning. He has a collar with the word "Hamilton", and what looks a crest. He also has an invisible fence type collar on. Please let me know in the comments section if you know where he belongs.
