Fredericksburg Christmas Parade 2018: Route, Parking, More
One of the D.C. area's more venerable holiday celebrations is set for its annual showing in the streets of downtown Fredericksburg.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—One of the D.C. area's more venerable holiday celebrations is set for its annual showing in the streets of downtown. And contrary to some similar fests, this one is reserved for the evening hours. It's the Fredericksburg Christmas Parade, 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1.
This year's theme is "The Songs of Christmas." It'll start on Caroline Street and wrap around to Princess Anne Street. Viewing locations along the route are available on a first come, first served basis. Lawn chairs and/or blankets are welcome. to sit on. Dogs needs to be on a leash and crowd-friendly.
