Indecent Exposure in Children's Room of Library

INDECENT EXPOSURE
Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline St, 8/17 2:00 p.m. (reported 8/21) A female reported that a male subject exposed himself to her while she was in a children’s reading room on the second floor. The victim left the room and the suspect briefly followed her inside the building before leaving the scene. The suspect was described as a black male in his mid-30s,
between 5’10” and 6”3” and over 200 pounds. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Cici’s Pizza, 1871 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 8/20 3:30 p.m. A witness reported that she saw a male subject going into a Dodge Caravan in the parking lot and attempting to get into other nearby cars. The responding officer located a subject in the lot matching the description provided by the witness, and the suspect led the officer to a dumpster to recover a purse that he had stolen from the Caravan. Kody Banks, 21, of Stafford was arrested for petit larceny, tampering with a vehicle, and possession of marijuana. Banks was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
Expo Auto Broker, 3301 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 8/20 – 8/21 8:00 a.m. The owner reported that an unknown person stole a tire and rim from one of his vehicles and broke the steering column on a second vehicle on the lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Tower of Deliverance Ministries, 1800 Princess Anne St, 8/19 – 8/20 9:00 p.m. The pastor reported that an unknown person stole audio and visual equipment from the premises. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Albert Reynolds Dr, 8/19 – 8/21 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a knife from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Food Lion, 515 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 8/21 3:10 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject stole a pack of meat by concealing it in his pants. The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, approximately 5’10“and 190 pounds. The investigation is ongoing.
Wawa, 2390 Plank Rd, 8/21 11:45 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject stole a case of beer and ran from the store when he was confronted by an employee. The suspect was described as a black male with long dreadlocks and wearing a green shirt. The investigation is ongoing.
