Passing a School Bus: Cameras Will Now Catch Some Violators in Virginia

Over the next two weeks, the Commonwealth's roads will be filled with yellow school buses shuttling kids back to school. Drivers need to know there are some new rules of the road this year when it comes to drivers who pass school buses unlawfully.

While the number of actual crashes caused by this violation is low, the potential for injury or death is high, according to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration. Listeria Recall: Select Store Brand Vegetables at Wal-Mart and Other Grocers

Country Fresh is recalling 30,000 cases of fresh-cut vegetable products shipped to retailers like Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie, mostly under store brands, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria.

"We are treating this incident very seriously because we want to ensure that our customers are provided with only the safest, most wholesome, and high-quality products available," Max Payen, Country Fresh’s Director of Food Safety, said of the voluntary recall. >>> Read more.
