Assault Leaves Man with Broken Nose, Fractured Eye Socket

Corretion Made May 14: The arrest of Calvin Taylor has been changed to Calvin Taylor, Jr, 22. The arresting officer chose the wrong Taylor when writing her report.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:
D&B Auto Body, 1919 Princess Anne St, 5/8 5:00 p.m. A 29-year-old Stafford resident reported that he was outside the shop with another man who he described as a slight acquaintance. The victim reported that the two men were talking about cars when without provocation or warning the other man struck him repeatedly in the face and head.
The suspect left the scene and the victim drove himself to the hospital, where he received multiple stitches in his lip and over one eye. The victim also had a broken nose and fractured eye socket.

The suspect is described as a black male of unknown age who is known to drive a pink Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/6 1:10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. An employee reported that a large number of batteries were stolen from the locked storage cage that holds used batteries. The investigation is ongoing.

900 block Wolfe St, 5/6 – 5/7 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that a table and carpet were stolen from his front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Colonial Tavern, 406 Lafayette Blvd, 5/3 -5/4 8:00 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that her laptop computer was stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Moss Free Clinic, 1301 Sam Perry Blvd, 5/7 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. An employee reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse. The victim later discovered that one of her credit cards had been used to make purchases at area stores. The investigation is ongoing.
FRAUD:
McDonalds, 1701 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/6 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. A manager reported that he found a counterfeit bill in one of the registers. The currency was placed in evidence and the investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS:
John Anderson, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2500 block of Plank Road.
ARRESTS:
Tammy Woolfolk, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Aline Washington, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
Jelonny Ross, 30, of Bowling Green was arrested for trespassing.
Ginney Heflin, 27, of Stafford was arrested on warrants from Prince William County charging her with credit card fraud and ID theft.
Caleb Price, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Calvin Taylor, Jr., 22, of Woodford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Scott Macey, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Chanell Callahan, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
