Princess Anne Street Property Owners and Businesses Meeting

The Department of Economic Development and Tourism's next meeting of the Princess Anne Street Gateway Property Owners and Businesses is from 8:30 - 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14.

The meeting will be held in the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room,
2300 Fall Hill Ave., Suite 240.

Meeting topics will include plans and resources available for revitalizing this key city corridor, including:

• Princess Anne Street Facade Assessment Report just completed by Frazier Associates Architects
• Design Guidelines for Facade Improvements and Development
• EDA Matching Grants up to $10,000 for Facade Improvements

"These meetings are designed to keep property owners and businesses along Princess Anne Street, from Fauquier Street to Jefferson Davis Highway, informed on city economic development programs and activities, and to exchange ideas and information about improving the vitality of this busy gateway, Karen Hedelt, director of Economic Development and Tourism, said.
