Restaurant Inspections: Five Guys, Eagles Nest, Vocelli Pizza, Blackstone Coffee and More

FREDERICKSBURG, VA- Rappahannock Area Health District officials recently inspected food preparation and storage in the Fredericksburg area. Full reports can be accessed on the health department’s website.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” according to Virginia Department of Health’s website.

According to the health department, "Priority observations are those violations such as improper cooking, reheating, cooling, or handwashing. These violations are known to cause foodborne illnesses. Uncorrected priority observations usually result in a reinspection."
