The Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office provided this information. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office reports on May 22 they were made aware of an inappropriate relationship between a Spotsylvania County school employee and a 17-year-old female Courtland High School student.

"Subsequent investigation by Detective Pattye Harper unveiled a six month relationship between the two," Lt. Troy Skebo said.

Keith Bradley Pendleton, 35, was arrested for one count of felony indecent liberties, one count of distribution of drugs to a minor, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  "None of the offenses occurred on school property or during school hours," Lt. Skebo said.
