Spooky Stories by the Shore

Double, Double Toil and Trouble!  Fredericksburg Parks & Recreation is brewing up a batch of spooks, chills and thrills at Motts Run Reservoir from 6:40 - 8 p.m on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Register now to walk the trail of spooks and spiders to the shore for a roasting-fire! We'll warm you with hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows, and then chill you to the bone with spooky stories and other surprises. It's great family fun!

Dress warmly and bring a flashlight and blanket. Amphitheatre seating provided. This one can be a little scary, so we do not recommend children under age 5 attend. The cost is $6 per person.  Pre-register by calling 540-372-1086.  The rain date is Oct. 20.
