Stafford Murder Suspects Arrested In Pennsylvania: Police
Two men were arrested Wednesday for their roles in a shooting death last Sunday at the Exxon Station/Mr. B's Market in Stafford: SCSO.
STAFFORD, VA—Two men were arrested Wednesday in Harrisburg, Pa., for their roles in a shooting death last Sunday at the Exxon Station/Mr. B's Market and Deli at 375 Warrenton Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Jules Morgan, 18, of Henrico, was charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. A Fredericksburg man was charged with accessory after the fact (murder).
Shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 18, police responded to the business for a reported shooting. They found that the suspect shot the victim near the gas pumps and then fled in a black four-door Nissan—possibly a Sentra or Versa. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.

Police say tips from the public directly contributed to the arrests. The investigation is ongoing.
