Stafford PNC Bank Robber Busted In Prince William: Police
A Woodbridge man was arrested Thursday night after robbing a PNC bank branch inside a Giant grocery store in Stafford, according to police.

STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested Thursday night after robbing a PNC bank branch inside the Giant grocery store at 550 Celebrate Virginia Parkway that afternoon, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Shaun Pierce Pettway, 33, of Woodbridge, was charged with robbery.
Shortly before 1:45 p.m., police went to bank and found that an unknown man approached the counter, flashed a gun and demanded money. He took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in a silver Ford Taurus with one tail light that wasn't working.
Police spotted the apparently unoccupied vehicle around 3:30 p.m. in the area of 20 Warrenton Road, and it was seized. Pettway was found several hours later in Prince William County by PWC Police.
