FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found dead in the area of River Road on Saturday, according to The Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the man and have released a photo of a tattoo on his left forearm.
The tattoo shows a female shushing with a blindfold over her eyes and ears, which is similar to the adage "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil," officials said. The tattoo has an unknown design and roman numerals at the top.
