Law Enforcement Searching for 'Mentally Unstable' Man in Fredericksburg
Anyone who sees the man is asked not to approach him, but to call law enforcement.
University of Mary Washington Police released a campus alert Tuesday morning for an individual escaped from Snowden at Fredericksburg behavior health facility, located near Mary Washington Hospital and the university campus.
"The man is described as being mentally unstable," the message said.
The individual being sought is described as a white male, 5’10″ tall, wearing a white shirt and dark shorts. He has multiple tattoos.
