Rappahannock River Raft Race Underway [Video]

Entries in the Fredericksburg Jaycees' 37th Annual Rappahannock River Raft Race started just after 11:30 a.m. Saturday.  The race began at Historic Port Falmouth Park and ends at City Dock in Fredericksburg.
