Authorities are looking for someone who stole money meant for someone else Friday in a checkout line at a Walmart in Fredericksburg: Police.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Authorities are looking for someone who stole money meant for someone else Friday in a checkout line at the Walmart at 1800 Carl D. Silver Parkway, according to Fredericksburg Police.
Around 1:15 p.m., a woman was using the self-checkout register and requested cash back. The machine delayed, so she went to the customer service desk for help. But video surveillance shows that while she was away from the machine, the cash was withdrawn and the person in line behind her took it.
Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-373-3122.
