Woman Assaulted on Path

1000 block Wicklow Dr, 6/15 7:45 p.m. Police responded to Mary Washington Hospital for a report of a female who had been injured during an assault. The 24-year-old victim reported that she was on the path behind the Fall Hill 7-Eleven when she encountered two females who were walking toward the store. One of the females instigated an argument and then grabbed the victim by the arms and started wrestling with her. During the fight, the victim was cut on her wrist and arm and later received stitches.
The assailant was described as a heavyset white female in her 30s wearing a turquoise tank top and jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Lonestar Steakhouse, 2051 Plank Rd, 6/14 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole her iPhone from an employee common area. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

200 block Duke St, 6/16 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that his bicycle was stolen from the yard. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
2000 block Plank Rd, 6/8 – 6/16 4:20 p.m. A Lancaster resident reported that an unknown person stole the rear license plate from her car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

400 block Cobblestone Dr, 6/9 – 6/16 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole his motorcycle from the parking lot. The bike was described as a white 2008 Honda with a Virginia license plate. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
100 block Hickock Cir, 6/15 1:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched and damaged his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
500 block Wolfe St, 6/14 – 6/15 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person flattened a tire and scratched the hood of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
7-Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, 6/16 12:00 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. The clerk reported that an unknown person punctured two tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Church of Christ, 336 Riverside Dr, 6/15 – 6/16 6:00 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person shattered a window and the windshield of his vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
