UPDATE 3:20 p.m.: The Stone Bridge at West Springfield game has been moved to tonight; check school Web sites for more detailed information.

The weather forecast calling for heavy rains and wind has meant local football games are getting rescheduled to tonight, before the expected inclement weather hits starting Friday.

The following FCPS high school football games have been rescheduled for tonight, Thursday, Oct. 1:
- Centreville at Lake Braddock
- Robinson at Chantilly
- Herndon at Tuscarora
- Westfield at OaktonTJHSST at Annandale
- South County at T.C. Williams
- West Potomac at Woodson
- Fairfax at Langley
- McLean at Hayfield
- Edison at Stuart
- Falls Church at Marshall
- Lee vs. Briar Woods at Rock Ridge
The following games are still scheduled to be played Friday, October 2:
- Mount Vernon at Wakefield
- Stone Bridge at West Springfield
- Madison at Yorktown
- South Lakes at Washington-Lee

The Homecoming dance originally scheduled for Saturday has been POSTPONED. FCPS will send out more information as it works on rescheduling.
