• Halifax County Sheriff's Office arrests suspects after woman forcibly removed from vehicle (wset.com) — Law enforcement in Halifax County reports that several suspects were arrested after a woman was forcibly removed from her vehicle near Hackberry Road, with the car later found in the Riverdale area. The victim was checked by Halifax County Rescue and was not injured, and authorities say the incident appears isolated with no ongoing threat to public safety.
