As autumn comes into full swing in Northern Virginia, the nonprofit All Ages Read Together (AART) is inviting their community to help them raise funds to support delivering life-changing educational opportunities to their students while celebrating the season.

Throughout November, AART will be hosting neighborhood events in partnership with the gracious support of their community partners: Bunnyman Brewing, Fabbioli Cellars, and Sedona Taphouse. AART’s relationships with local businesses and organizations are invaluable to their success and amplify their ability to provide an enriching and memorable preschool experience to their students.'

Michelle Sullivan, Executive Director of AART, emphasizes the importance of community involvement in achieving the organization’s mission, “It takes a village to raise a child … We are better able to surround our students and their families with support when we have our friends and neighbors amplifying our mission and working with us to make that happen.”

AART is excited to be exploring new ways of connecting with their network of support and to meet new faces interested in becoming champions for early childhood education. They believe that there is strength in numbers and that the relationship they have with their community is of critical importance to their mission. Knowing that they can surround their students with community members who are invested in their success fuels AART to continue striving to close the opportunity gap in education for underserved communities, one child at a time!

All Ages Read Together (AART) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to educating children in need with free preschool programs in their communities. We envision a future where all children, especially our most vulnerable, enter school prepared to learn and succeed. We strive for a future in which public education includes universal access to preschool, making the need for AART obsolete.
