Burger King On Elden Street In Herndon Permanently Closed: Manager
Herndon manager confirms that the Burger King restaurant on Elden Street closed its doors for good on Tuesday.

HERNDON, VA — At the end of business Tuesday, the Burger King restaurant located at 598 Elden St. in Herndon closed its doors for good.
A photo posted Tuesday to the Reston Herndon Community Group on Facebook showed a flyer that had been taped to the restaurant's door announcing the closure.
"It is sad to inform you that we will cease operation permanently of BurgerKing-Reston," the flyer said. "Thank you so much for allowing us to serve you and the community for so many years!"

Burger King's online restaurant finder identified all days at the Elden Street restaurant as "closed."
Maria Garcia, who identified herself as the location's manager, confirmed in a phone interview that the store's final day was Tuesday.

"For now, some of the employees are going to different stores," she said. "Some of them are not going, because the stores are very far from their house."
