In addition to the competitive tournament schedule, the Hornets will also host a quad against Jefferson, Wakefield, and Manassas Park at Lou Pukal Gymnasium on Wednesday, December 16. Herndon will also hold senior night on Wednesday, February 3 against Falls Church.
“We were very ambitious with our schedule this year,” Gonzales said. “We feel like we’ve got two or three guys who can make it to the state tournament this year, and we want them to be battle-tested by the time the post-season rolls around. This schedule will give them an opportunity to compete against the best.”
