Herndon Man Arrested After Exposing Himself To Woman: Police

HERNDON, VA — A man has been arrested after police say he exposed himself to a woman who was walking home in Herndon over the weekend.

The victim was walking in the 2300 block of Dulles Station Boulevard at around 2:06 a.m. on Aug. 31 when she "encountered a man who exposed himself to her," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"The man ran away but was found by arriving officers," the report states.

Police charged 35-year-old Collin Cathey of Herndon with indecent exposure.
