Herndon's Deltek Ranks Among Best Mid-Sized Employers On Forbes List

HERNDON, VA — For the second-year in a row, Deltek, which has its headquarters in Herndon, was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of America's Best Mid-Sized Employers.

The business magazine partnered with the market research firm Statista to compile the ranking, based on a survey of about 45,000 workers at companies and institutions with 1,000-5,000 employees.

They were asked questions such as whether they would recommend their current workplace to family or friends and were also given the chance to cite other employers they would recommend. The 500 mid-sized employers on the list are those that received the most recommendations.

Deltek, a global provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses, is listed #229 among the 500 mid-sized businesses. It's also among the top IT, internet, software and services companies on the list. The full list of 500 mid-sized companies is available online.
