This year the Reston Runners Community Fund (RRCF) is offering two different scholarships for Reston-Herndon high school seniors who are active in running/athletics. The new $4,000 Tim Cohn Scholarship is given in memory of Tim Cohn, avid runner, scientist, and longtime Reston resident. Applicants should have a passion for running and must have a Reston or Herndon mailing address. In addition, RRCF is offering a $1,000 scholarship for seniors attending Herndon High School or South Lakes High School who are active in running and the community.

Details and applications are available at collegeaccessfairfax.org. Completed applications are due February 15, 2025.

The Reston Runners Community Fund is a nonprofit corporation established by members of Reston Runners in 2012 to further the club's mission of encouraging fitness by making worthwhile donations to local students, schools and community organizations.
