Pinkard Group Acquires 11-Story Herndon Building
The company is planning to make upgrades in its latest Northern Virginia expansion.

After more than two years on the market, Dulles Metro Center in Herndon has a new owner!
Located at 2325 Dulles Corner Boulevard, the building serves as an office space and has two full-service Hyatt hotels equipped with a cafe, conference facility, and 316 guest rooms.
According to the Washington Business Journal, The Pinkard Group, a real estate firm in the Greater Washington area bought the multi-purpose space from a German investment fund company Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH.

While the sale price for the building was not confirmed, sources estimate the deal at $44.2 million, the WBJ reports. DEKA bought the building for $55.6 million in July 2004.
Upgrades to the space are being planned to boost the number of tenants.
