Take A Sip To Help Local Kids On Dunkin’ On Iced Coffee Day In Herndon

HERNDON, VA —Customers who purchase an iced coffee on Wednesday at participating Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Washington, D.C. metro region will help children being treated at Children's National Hospital.

For every iced coffee drink a customer purchases on Dunkin' Iced Coffee Day, one dollar will be contributed to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, which will be used to help spread joy to children at local hospitals across the country.

Dunkin’ franchisees throughout the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia region have pledged to donate all proceeds raised on Wednesday to Children’s National Hospital through the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation.

“Millions of children across the country are fighting illnesses that no child should endure, and we are thrilled to give back and bring joy to kids in hospitals,” said Maria Icaza, Dunkin’ D.C. franchisee and head of the D.C. Ad Committee, in a release. “We want our guests to know that their purchase of an iced coffee on May 25 truly makes a difference and will help bring joy to kids in our communities. We look forward to helping our guests cool down for a great cause with the hardest working iced coffee in America!”
