Traffic Alert: Weekend Delays in Loudoun County
Expect possible delays in the Snickersville Turnpike, Tall Cedars Pkwy and Redskins Park areas this weekend.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office advises residents to expect possible traffic delays during several weekend events.
A charity ride from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6 will impact traffic on Snickersville Turnpike. Another event in South Riding from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. could cause delays along Tall Cedars Parkway and Riding Center Drive.
A 5k race Sunday at Redskins Park could cause delays along Loudoun County Parkway, Gloucester Parkway, Marblehead Drive, Smith Switch Road and Beaumeade Circle from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
