HERNDON, VA -- Police are searching for a driver who they say exposed himself to a woman in Herndon after she declined an offer of a ride.

The victim was approached by a vehicle while walking down Vine Street toward Ferndale Avenue on June 14, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.

"The driver offered her a ride and when she declined, the driver of the vehicle exposed himself to her," the report states.

Police described the man as white, between 40 and 50 years of age, and with a medium build.
