• Bridgewater College adding women's flag football (newsleader.com) — Hollins is already among the ODAC schools sponsoring women’s flag football, and now Bridgewater College will join them by launching a varsity team in the 2026–27 season. The move reflects rapid growth of the sport across Virginia and could help the ODAC soon sponsor an official women’s flag football championship.
