72-Year-Old Tried To Solicit Sexual Acts From Teenage Boy: Police
A 72-year-old man from Woodbridge was arrested on Thursday after he was accused of trying to solicit sexual acts from a 14-year-old boy.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — Police in Prince William County arrested a 72-year-old man on Thursday. Authorities claimed the man tried to solicit sexual acts from a 14-year-old boy on Wednesday.
The original incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The victim, a 14-year-old boy, was walking home near Cotton Mill Road and Presidio Way.
An unknown man, who police identified as Fouad Fahim Farag Soliman, approached the victim. Police said the Soliman attempted to solicit the victim for sexual acts.

The victim walked away from the man and continued home, police said. There, he told a parent what happened and they contacted police.
There was no physical contact between the boy and the suspect, authorities said.

Officers identified the suspect using a business card that he gave the boy during their encounter. They arrested Soliman on Thursday.

Soliman is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child. His bond was listed as unavailable, and his court date is pending.
